SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Domestic Shipping
Standard orders at Specter Coin Company are processed and prepared for shipping within 5-7 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with secure tracking numbers provided upon dispatch. Free shipping offered on purchases of $50 or more (exclusions may apply). Please note that all currency amounts and transactions are strictly in USD. Specter Coin Company is based in the State of Texas, and all shipping protocols are governed by the laws of Texas.
International Shipping
Specter Coin Company does not currently offer international shipping; however, we welcome global inquiries via email to discuss potential arrangements.
Pre-Orders & Tracking
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact support@spectercoincompany.com immediately to begin a claim.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Specter Coin Company, we stand by the quality of our heritage and custom challenge coins. As a Texas-based company, we operate under the laws of the State of Texas to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our collectors. All transaction amounts and refunds are processed in USD.
Eligibility
Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. The customer will be required to ship the product for return at their own expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, handling, or damage not reported upon receipt will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized specialty challenge coins and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable. Pre-order items may only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the start of the production phase.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Each challenge coin is produced using specialized minting and finishing processes.
