Processing & Domestic Shipping
Standard orders at Specter Coin Company are processed and prepared for shipping within 5-7 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with secure tracking numbers provided upon dispatch. Please note that all currency amounts and transactions are strictly in USD. Specter Coin Company is based in the State of Texas, and all shipping protocols are governed by the laws of Texas.
International Shipping
Specter Coin Company does not currently offer international shipping; however, we welcome global inquiries via email to discuss potential arrangements.
Pre-Orders & Tracking
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact support@spectercoincompany.com immediately to begin a claim. Local delivery and pickup options may be available for residents near our Texas headquarters; please verify at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligibility & Conditions
At Specter Coin Company, we strive for 100% satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Certain items, such as custom-engraved challenge coins or final sale collectibles, are non-returnable.
Exchanges & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For exchanges or support, please contact us at support@spectercoincompany.com. These policies are valid for 2026 and subject to Texas state law.

At Specter Coin Company, we stand by the quality of our heritage and custom challenge coins. As a Texas-based company, we operate under the laws of the State of Texas to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our collectors. All transaction amounts and refunds are processed in USD.
Eligibility
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, handling, or damage not reported upon receipt will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized specialty challenge coins and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable. Pre-order items may only be cancelled for a full refund prior to the start of the production phase.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
